SEED to SEED is a pop-up exhibition that delves into what it means to seed relationships with the natural world and with each other. Artists Deb Gloeckler, Jaime Hagel and Connie Michele Morey explore community as ecological connection through printmaking, photography, sculpture, sound, and interactive works of art.

ecoartspace and Urban Soils Institute at Swale House, Governers Island, NYC
The Soil Shroud Room, presented by ecoartspace, brings together textiles previously submerged in soils from around the world as an artistic expression of the minerals and microorganisms that connect us with ancestral lands. Since 2023, over thirty artists have participated in the online Soil Dialogues, where the concept of burying and transforming textiles was simultaneously initiated in England, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Oman, Canada, Australia and the US.

Very excited and grateful to have my work selected for the CineVic Short Circuit Film Festival this year! My short film Critical Points of Contact 2022-2025 will screen in Tofino at Clayoquot Sound Theatre, April 13, and in Victoria at The Vic Theatre, May 1-2, alongside an impressive group films by Vancouver Island filmmakers.
